US equities have opened little changed to kick off the new week of trading

Some opening indications for the new week:

• S&P 500 eminis flat in early trade, Nasdaq futures dip 0.04%
• U.S. Dec 10-year Treasury futures up 4 ticks, fed fund futures extend rally
• U.S. crude futures down nearly 1%

Weekend oil news:

• OPEC agrees to increase production by 548K bpd for September, as expected

Other:

• Fed's Williams say's he'll have "very much an open mind" on September meeting rate cut
• Weekend Fed Williams - "very much an open mind" on September rate cut. I have comments!
